EDLEN Corporation to acquire Ritter Imaging LLC.
May 1, 2010, EDLEN Corporation has acquired the assets of Ritter Imaging LLC, the new entity will trade as Edlen Imaging LLC. This merger will bring greater strength to the Imaging division as well as reduce brand confusion in the North American market. The Brand Ritter Imaging will continue in certain countries. All Ritter Imaging dealers will automatically be converted to Edlen Imaging.
All your favorite Ritter Imaging dental imaging products namely, Vega, Gemini, Renzo, LynxVision and Aurora will continue to improve via our continual improvement process – "Driving Innovation".
All of your favorite products, Vega, Gemini, Renzo, LynxVision and Aurora will remain unchanged. As with all enterprises we now look forward to developing new leading edge products.
Together, with our partners, we will cement our future success by offering state-of-the art products at a price the global dental community can afford.
