We make every effort to maintain the very lowest prices, however we reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to price increases or market trends. ALL Prices are subject to change without notice.

SECURITY

We take commercially reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from our online visitors secure against unauthorized access and use and we periodically review our security measures. Although there is no way that any Web site can absolutely guarantee the security of your information, Edlen Imaging is committed to employing reasonable security measures and to regularly reviewing our security practices. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, however, you are responsible for keeping your login information and passwords confidential. Edlen Imaging uses GeoTrust Incorporated for its sites security certificates. Please be aware that these protection tools do not protect information that is not collected through our Web site, such as information provided to us by e-mail.

YOUR SATISFACTION

If you have opened a product and it is found to be defective or does not perform to specifications, Edlen Imaging will provide an exchange or a refund. To arrange for a return, simply e-mail our customer service department at support@edlenimaging.com. Edlen Imaging's customer service centre will issue and an RMA Number, this number must be attached to the product and its return documentation otherwise Edlen Imaging's product return department cannot and will NOT accept such products.

Edlen Imaging LLC and Customer agree that the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth shall govern the relationship between Edlen Imaging and the Customer. Customer acknowledges and accepts all such terms and conditions by placing an order for goods with Edlen Imaging, and upon the Customer's receipt of Edlen Imaging's invoice enclosed with items delivered to Customer, or upon Customer’s receipt of Edlen Imaging's credit memorandum or statement, whichever occurs first.

PAYMENT METHOD

Help us reduce the cost and administration of paying Edlen Imaging electronically. For your convenience, we provide several payment methods, namely, Direct Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

DELIVERY TERMS

All Shipments:
Unless otherwise agreed, freight terms are FOB Shipper's Dock ("Ex Works" outside North America). Title passes at the time the shipment is loaded at the shipper’s dock.

Continental U.S.:
All orders will be subject to a handling charge. This charge includes freight, except for additional carrier charges related to special delivery services and hazardous material shipments. Special orders are subject to additional freight charges.

Alaska, Hawaii & Pacific Protectorates:
Standard shipping methods provide direct, reduced cost, expedited air delivery service to all accounts in Alaska and Hawaii. Customers in the Pacific Protectorates are offered direct surface transport, or postal services for reliable delivery. No additional surcharges apply, except when special services are requested.

Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Trust Territories & Virgin Islands:
• All orders will be subject to a handling charge. This charge includes freight through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• Special delivery orders and hazardous material shipments can be shipped via United Parcel Services (UPS) for an additional charge. No minimum order amount or weight applies. Speak to your International Representative for details.
• For Puerto Rico only: The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico imposes a 6.6% excise tax, which is not collected by Edlen Imaging LLC.

Outside the U.S.:
If your order is being shipped outside the U.S., please refer to the International terms and conditions shown below. Unless otherwise agreed, freight terms are FOB Shipper's Dock ("Ex Works" outside North America). Title passes at the time the shipment is loaded at the shipper's dock.

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Local regulatory requirements may apply to use or installation of certain products. Be sure to understand and comply with any such requirements prior to purchase, use, or installation of products.

INSTITUTIONAL, GOVERNMENT & CORPORATE ACCOUNTS:

Terms of Sale follow the same guidelines unless denoted differently in a contract. When applicable, freight is calculated by the weight. There is no minimum order; however, there is a nominal handling charge on orders under $125.

RETURNS

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. To arrange for a product return, simply contact our Customer Service department at support@edlenimaging.com. The following conditions must be complied with:
• All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original container, unused, unmarked, and properly packaged.
• Returned products must have been purchased within the previous ten (10) days. Any return return request for products shipped past ten (10) days will not be accepted.
• Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).
• Shipping charges will apply on all returns.

Exceptions

The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable:
• Small equipment, and custom-ordered equipment
• Special order items (products that we do not manufacture or normally supply)
• Opened computer hardware and software
• Digital X-ray sensors that have been exposed to x-ray energy
• Intra Oral Camera that has been unpacked and software installed into a computer
• LynxVision™ Imaging software that has been installed into a computer.

Return Material Authorization (RMA):

An RMA, Return Material Authorization, is the medium used by Edlen Imaging to initiate a product return from an Edlen Imaging customer. A return authorization number must be received by you and printed on the return package, prior to you returning any product to Edlen Imaging.
N.B. No product will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Edlen Imaging.

INTERNATIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

We serve global Dental Care professional and governments throughout the world.

Shipping: Per your instructions, orders can be shipped by; International Air Parcel Post, Surface Parcel Post, Air Cargo, Ocean Cargo, FedEx, or UPS International.

PRODUCT ELECTRICAL POWER REQUIREMENTS

Our electrical/electronic and X-ray products are designed to work with global voltages of 100 VAC to 250 VAC and an operating frequency of 50 or 60 Cycles per Second (CPS).

Pricing and Currency;

All prices in our Web site, printed price list and on special offers are quoted in U.S. dollars. All products are F.O.B (Freight On Board), Phoenix, Arizona. We accept payment in U.S. dollars ONLY by any of the following means:

Our new Renzo™ intra oral camera, Gemini™ digital sensors and LynxVision™ software are powered by the USB port of the computer, additional in-office power is not required. The use of eco friendly digital imaging technologies benefit the dentist and patient in overall image quality and diagnosis, they also help the environment as our new digital technologies replace the use of energy hungry analog devices and film chemistry to create and display an image.

Direct USB (DUSB) connection also improves workflow and portability by allowing direct connection of the camera and sensors to the computer without the use of external power devices thus saving energy and the Dentist's professional time.

Edlen Imaging continues to strive to increase the efficiency of our products while at the same time develop economical and environmentally friendly solutions for our customers.
